Volunteering

For those interested in our Volunteering programme / working with young people. We offer training at level 1 and 2 in youth work practice. Volunteers could be offered placements with three different organisations for a total of 12 weeks. 1 Participation Works, 2 Basement Project and 3 Burnley Youth Theatre. This will allow volunteers to be observed and apply underpinning Knowlege to real situations they encounter. We are currently training fifteen level 2 volunteers working in conjunction with Young Lancashire.
