Reasearch has revealed an interesting link between helping others enjoy a good quality of life. It seems that when we focus on the needs of others, we may also reap benefits ourselves.

Reece Smale has been a volunteer at the Basement Project since July 2006. He has gained many qualities and learn’t how to work in a group situation. He has persivered and become a regular support worked enabling the Basement Project to expand in its vision for the future. He   has shown drive enthusiasm enabling change in many people by being a good role model. Thanks Reece
